Barcelona 2040, a program for young talent

Barcelona 2040, the leadership and city programme aims to connect young talent in order to make Barcelona known from all areas and develop proposals for the future.

During the program, participants get to know the city through 10 sessions and visits to companies and institutions from different sectors and talk with more than 40 experts from these sectors and the city (business leaders, science, culture, gastronomy, knowledge, sports, industry, journalism and politics).

In this section, young people from the 3 editions of the program share their thoughts and concerns about the future of the city, as well as the vision they believe the Barcelona of 2040 needs to adopt.
