In his interview in El Periódico, Robin Lokerman, board member and one of the founders of MCI Group, the Global Engagement and Marketing Agency, notes the "cosmopolitan but livable" character of Barcelona. He says the city "offers an excellent infrastructure and excellent quality of life" and has a great capacity "to attract people from all over the world."
He also stresses the need to create "a more attractive tax environment for entrepreneurs and investors" so that more companies think of Barcelona as a business location, because "a strong partnership between public and private sectors", together with "excellent educational centers," could "turn the city into the Silicon Valley of Europe."
