The greatest contrast in París lies in the prices, exorbitant for most activities, except for culture. The accessibility to museums, libraries, and festivals makes a seemingly hostile city enjoyable for everyone.

Barcelona should ensure free access to its main museums for young Europeans, as well as expand the availability of study spaces and their hours, which currently rarely cover the entire day or Sundays. It is essential for Barcelona to promote creativity, by supporting citizen initiatives and increasing its cultural budget for libraries and museums.
