Last session of Barcelona 2043
The 37 young people of Barcelona 2043 took part on Tuesday 27 June in the last session of the programme in the Saló de Cent, where they shared with Mayor Jaume Collboni and the fourth deputy mayor, Jordi Valls, their proposals for tackling the challenges facing the city that they have identified over the last 9 months.
The young people presented in 6 groups their conclusions and suggestions on mobility and infrastructures; culture and sport; entrepreneurship and technology; tourism; science and medicine; industry and architecture, which they worked on in two group dynamics led by Xavier Verdaguer and the Imagine Creativity Center team.
Barcelona 2040 is a programme aimed at young people aged between 26 and 35 who are interested, committed and eager to play an active role in the future development of the city, in which they learn about Barcelona's main sectors from their leaders.
