My name is Silvia Agenjo, I hold a Diploma in Hotel Management and an MBA from EADA. I have worked in the tourism sector, in consumer goods, and in start-ups. I am a partner in a restaurant company with around 10 restaurants. Currently, I work at the family office RAPI 2004 and serve on the Board of Directors of Cacaolat.

With over a decade of experience in sports marketing, I have helped brands and organizations grow through sponsorship and strategic alliances in sports. After several years at FC Barcelona, leading the sponsorship department, I founded CA Sports, an agency that helps brands and properties leverage sports as a driver of growth and connection. I am an investor in multiple projects and startups with which I try to promote the world of sports, health, and the growth of the ecosystem in Barcelona.

Currently I serve as Executive Vice President of Integration and Transformation, and Strategic Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at T-Mobile. My team and I work closely with T-Mobile CEO, Mike Sievert, and the rest of the senior leadership team to drive the change agenda across the new company as we work to exceed transformation goals.

Since finalizing my University years, I have been advising and managing foreign private capital investment flows into Spain. I am currently a senior partner at Charme Capital, a leading pan European private equity funs, founded by a group of European industrial families. Chairman of Igenomix Genetic. Previously Vice Chairman of Grupo Quiron, and several other PE backed companies.

He started his career in 1995 as a lawyer at Cuatrecasas in Barcelona, of which he became a partner in March 2005. He moved to London in 2007 and is currently a founder partner and Managing Director of Tyrus Capital SAM.

Conrad is the founder of EdgeWood, a boutique investment banking and strategic advisory firm headquartered in Doha, specializing in cross-border transactions and market entry across the Middle East. With over a decade of experience in the region, he advises prominent family offices on strategic investments and regional expansion. He is also the co-founder of ArcPath, a corporate services firm.

Oriol is CEO and co-founder of Abac Capital. Previously, he worked at Apax Partners for 15 years as Equity Partner, responsible for Apax Spain and co-head of the Consumer team worldwide. He has also worked at Merrill Lynch and Boston Consulting Group. He is currently president of ASCRI and the HBS Club of Barcelona and collaborates with other non-profit organizations.

Born in Barcelona. Since 1989, my career has been linked to the fantastic world of advertising, working in our wonderful city, which has helped me grow and embrace excellence as my guiding principle.
