Members of Barcelona Urban Cluster integrate into Barcelona Global

“In a country that very often works in small groups, the integration of the members of the BUC with Barcelona Global is a great news to add together the sensitivities and experiences in the improvement of Barcelona as a global city. The addition of the sensitivity of the partners of the Urban Cluster has to help us, also, work from the perspective of urban planning. Having a critical mass that leads and drives these projects is crucial,” assured the Chairman of Barcelona Global, Gonzalo Rodés.

On his part, Pla has emphasized: “The integration into Barcelona Global means complementing one of the strategic elements that we target: the integration of the talent and the impulse of economic activity. The integration allows us to extend the opportunities, the knowledge and the access to talent, the essence of the activity and mission of Barcelona Global.” He added: “the development and urban transformation, urbanism, design, architecture, economic activity, access to housing, etc., are the key contributions of the real estate sector and the construction industry that, with the integration, the BUC has the opportunity to expand and participate in the development of the city of Barcelona”.
