Presentation of the results of the 4th International Talent Monitor
Yesterday, Barcelona Global presented the results of the 4th edition of the Barcelona Global International Talent Monitor, the survey for the international talent that lives and works in Barcelona, that we carry out every two years, in collaboration with Banco Sabadell, to better know what the Barcelonian by Choice think.
The results of the survey, which answered more than a thousand internationals, show that Barcelona is a city with a great quality of life, a strong reputation and has a great capacity to attract talent. From Barcelona Global we want to take advantage of this good perception and work on the following proposals:
- Create a Talent Gate, an office that makes easy administrative processes to the international talent that arrive to Barcelona to develop their professional career.
- A tax policy focused on talent and companies, positive for entrepreneurs and the attraction of talent and investment.
- An affordable international school for international families who move to live in Barcelona.
- A metropolitan policy of affordable housing and an increase in the stock of affordable rental housing through public-private collaboration.
