The session of the 2nd edition of the Barcelona 2041 program on the gastronomy of the city in the Culinary Insitute of Barcelona.
The session will be conducted by Ferran Fisas, President of Culinary Institute of Barcelona; Lluís Cintas, Director of program & B2B at Culinary Institute of Barcelona; Carlos Sitjar, PR & Gastronomy Manager at Damm; Francisco Solé, Owner of Restaurante 7 Portes; Jordi Valls, General Director of Mercabarna. The participants will be accompanied by Cristina Jolonch, Journalist of La Vanguardia and manager of the gastronomy channel Comer on the website of La Vanguardia, who will describe the situation of the sector in Barcelona.
