Its professor and member of Barcelona Global Lluís Cintas and its founder, Ferran Fisas, invite you to discover this innovative and unique space. In addition, you will participate in an on-site workshop "Comer por los ojos" with the cooking teacher Ernesto de Mayo.

The Culinary Institute of Barcelona is an institute designed for the transformation of cuisine, in which international gastronomy has been adapted to the teaching model used in Silicon Valley, designed for its students to live a unique experience based on multiculturalism, creativity and innovation.
